My Daily Morning Meditation

I’m a big fan of Oprah’s monthly What I Know For Sure column. Here is one thing I know for sure: What you experience out in the world throughout your day is a direct reflection of your inner experience. [Click to tweet]

How you start your day matters, and in today’s episode of She Takes on the World TV I’m going to help you kick off your day on a positive note with my Daily Morning Meditation. Check it out:

If you want to get into the habit of meditating daily, I’ve created a free MP3 version of the Daily Morning Meditation for you to download.

Now I want to hear from you! Do you have a daily meditation practice or do you want to start one? Also, sharing meditations is something new for me and I would love to hear whether you would you like more meditations from me in the future.

    Dear Natalie,
Thank you so much for this gift. I love it, love it, love it.
I have started my meditation practice just about a month ago and I feel a lot of benefits and improvement. I meditate in the morning and in the evening, sometimes in the afternoon. It brings me so much focus and relaxing. It is a great habit and I will not give it up.

I find these guided meditations soooo helpful, it is so much easier to use them. I would gladly use your guided meditations as well.

Thank you for all the inspiration you provide.
    Kisses

    Milena

    Hello Natalie,

I have started doing this meditation every day this week. I have to do it on the train, which no doubt garners me some strange looks, but it definitely helps me to get into a good mind space for the day!

    Thank you!
